Japanese newcomer, Cord Viper, comes out with their second figure, Zabel. Zabel has chosen Super Festival 50 for it's very first apparition. Is there a good guy hiding under his shroud? What's in store for this nefarious hood fiend. Very little is known now, perhaps as painted versions awaken answers will abound.
