The front of the card reads "Boryoku Genjin" which means something like "Violent Caveman". "Gen" is also the first character in atom, so it might be a play on words (Caveman - Atom Man). The pink sticker says "In Commemoration of the War's End". The back of the card says "NagNagNag", the Japanese word for cancer is "Gan".
